Product & Materials

Where are your products made?

All our creations are lovingly made in our office studio. My husband handles the technical "magic" of the 3D printers, and I find problems that need fixing (or not) for home decors or for random things.  

What materials do you use?

We primarily use high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid). It is a biodegradable and non-toxic material derived from renewable resources like cornstarch or sugarcane, making it an eco-friendly choice for your home.

Will my keychain look exactly like the photo?

While the 3D-printed design will match, please note that the pre-attached keyring will be chosen based on color and design suitability. We hand-pick the ring (e.g., silver, gold, or black) that best complements the specific color of your 3D-printed item to ensure it looks its absolute best!

Are the products safe for children?

Most of our items are designed for adults and older children. Some products, like our Dino Balancing Game, contain small parts that are a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. 

How should I care for my 3D-printed items?

PLA is sensitive to high heat. Avoid leaving your items in direct sunlight (like a car dashboard) or near high-heat appliances, as they may warp. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not place them in the dishwasher.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Standard items are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. For custom-made orders (like our personalized Pickleball tags), production begins once the design is confirmed and the deposit is paid; these usually ship within 4–5 business days.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our studio in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

How long does delivery take?

  • Within Malaysia: Usually 2–5 business days.

  • International: We are currently not shipping outside of Malaysia. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties or VAT may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your "Things with Lily" finds! We accept returns on standard, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please include your order number in the package for smooth processing.

Non-Refundable Items

Because they are made specifically for you, customized or personalized orders (such as named keychains) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item or an unboxing video. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Custom Orders

How do I request a custom design?

We love bringing your ideas to life! For custom pickleball tags or bulk orders for your team/office, please fill out our Contact Form. We will get back to you to discuss the design, colors, and pricing. Work begins once the final design is agreed upon and a deposit is made.
